Tiny globe is a relaxing experience where the user can explore a world of a lonely snowman. My goal was to design a simple sandbox game which creates a meditative experience through elements like calm rain and gentle movement. This project is currently in a prototype stage.
My process
Tools were used in this projects were Unity, Maya, and Photoshop. Below are the technical features that were included:
3 timed game events that happen at different times
3 particle effects (smoke puff, spark and hearts )
2 post-processing effects (lens blur and vintage)
2 procedurally generated scenes using the rule-based systems (post-it notes and snowglobe)
2 game events triggered by the activity of the player
1 Unity Shader (rain window)
3 particle systems
2 shader graphs
1 moving object to show off light probes
1 procedurally generated object (snow globe)
1 animated character
